This book takes up right where A Haunting Midlife left off。 Ava is trying to catch up and learn what she can do with her powers but she hasn’t had a moment without crisis long enough to sleep let alone study。 This book continues the frenetic pace and reveals new secrets and adds to Ava’s menagerie。 This is fast paced insanity and I am thrilled by the ride。

Animated Midlife is another 5 stars！This series has got to be one of the most engaging in the realm of PWF。 The endings are knock your socks off and have you eagerly waiting for the next book。 Ava， Drew， and the gang are busy trying to help Luci find the love of his life。 There are a lot of new elements that I have not read before and I absolutely love how Winston is a character in his own right。 It’s very reminiscent of a couple of other PWF authors and a lot of fun。

Wow！ There are a lot of secrets revealed in this little gem。 And just like nearly every other book in the series so far， for every answer we uncover， a half dozen new questions spring up to take over。 I loved seeing Ava grow in her understanding of her powers and her allies， though the surprise at the end of this book means that a couple of allies have some ‘splainin’ to do。 I can’t wait to see what comes next。I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout。
